As a health insurer, having effective wellness initiatives ensures we're practicing what they preach and living our brand. Our wellbeing program for employees covers the five pillars of Purpose, Environment, Body, Relationships and Mind!
Awarded gold in the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI) 2024 LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards.
Troy Frearson, Head of Finance – arhi/iihi, share's his take on career growth at nib: “From starting in the contact centre to now my current role as Head of Finance for our Australian Residents Health Insurance (arhi) and International Inbound Health Insurance (iihi) businesses, I recognise how important it is to be part of a workplace that supports growth.”
Our Story
The Hatch story started when good friends Adam Jacobs (Ex THE ICONIC Founder) and Chaz Heitner (Ex Zip Co-founder) came together to build something they were deeply passionate about.
Both founders believe that traditional hiring processes are broken and limit people from finding work that’s a good fit for them. Since founding the company, Adam and Chaz have built a team that shares their mission and are both confident they will continue to build an impactful global company for many years to come.
