Audience Republic is where you build & own your audience, so you aren't reliant on social platforms to sell tickets, merch, memberships & digital goods/experiences. Designed to work with commerce platforms like Ticketmaster, Shopify, Patreon and 50+ others. Customers include Live Nation, Lights All Night, The BPM Festival, Wakaan Festival, Avant Gardner, Isle of Light and events featuring artists like Flume, Odesza, Rufus Du Sol, Zedd, Marshmello, Post Malone, Billie Eilish, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Elton John, The Killers, Justin Bieber, Kylie Minogue. We are a team of 50 based in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia, and have raised $3.3m from Artesian Capital, Macdoch Ventures & Earl Grey Capital.

Our Story
The Hatch story started when good friends Adam Jacobs (Ex THE ICONIC Founder) and Chaz Heitner (Ex Zip Co-founder) came together to build something they were deeply passionate about.
Both founders believe that traditional hiring processes are broken and limit people from finding work that’s a good fit for them. Since founding the company, Adam and Chaz have built a team that shares their mission and are both confident they will continue to build an impactful global company for many years to come.
