Mission
Welcome to Carnival Australia - home of the world’s leading cruise lines.
Ahoy there! Welcome to Carnival Australia - home of the world’s leading cruise lines. Our eight iconic cruise brands include: P&O Cruises Australia, Carnival Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Cunard Line, Holland America Line, P&O Cruises World Cruising, Costa and Seabourn. Since 1932, P&O Cruises Australia has offered Aussies and Kiwis the opportunity to take to the seas and have the holiday experience of a lifetime. Over the years we’ve led the Australasian cruise industry and established ourselves as the region’s only home brand and experts in delivering memorable cruise holidays. In August 2022, P&O Cruises Australia welcomes Pacific Encounter® to Brisbane, with Pacific Adventure® arriving in Sydney in October 2022. P&O’s sister line, Princess Cruises, entered the market in 2002 and has grown to five, year-round home ported ships and recently introduced Coral Princess to Australian waters, based out of Brisbane. Known as the resident ‘fun ships’, Carnival Cruise Line recently announced Carnival Luminosa will be joining the ‘fun’ in Brisbane from November 2022 and we couldn’t be more excited! We have an impressive team of 400 people shore side, our positive company culture has won us national recognition with being listed in the top Great Places to Work for the last 3 years. We have many divisions, from marketing, sales and pricing, through to corporate affairs, finance and IT. Our open plan head office in Chatswood promotes inclusivity, teamwork & transparent leadership. We have a flexible work approach with our team enjoying work from home opportunities, as well as a compressed fortnight (75 hours over a 9 days fortnight) approach across many departments. We successfully made cruising the fastest growing sector of Australian & New Zealand tourism; and made our region the fastest growing cruise market in the world. It’s safe to say, the future is looking bright. So… are you ready for your next adventure? Dive into a sea of opportunity and join the team!

Our Story
The Hatch story started when good friends Adam Jacobs (Ex THE ICONIC Founder) and Chaz Heitner (Ex Zip Co-founder) came together to build something they were deeply passionate about.
Both founders believe that traditional hiring processes are broken and limit people from finding work that’s a good fit for them. Since founding the company, Adam and Chaz have built a team that shares their mission and are both confident they will continue to build an impactful global company for many years to come.
