Mission
To solve the toughest problems in quantum technology.
Embracing the importance of control theory was integral to making flight a reality. Fast forward over 100 years and, once again, control is the linchpin of an emerging industry. Q-CTRL uses control to solve the hardest problems facing quantum technology, improve hardware performance, and accelerate pathways to useful quantum computers and other technologies. We make quantum technology useful for enterprise, government, and research by uniquely addressing the problem of hardware error and instability, entirely through software.

We're a friendly, collaborative, and innovative group made up of individuals who love to solve hard problems, try new things, and meet new people.
Our Story
The Hatch story started when good friends Adam Jacobs (Ex THE ICONIC Founder) and Chaz Heitner (Ex Zip Co-founder) came together to build something they were deeply passionate about.
Both founders believe that traditional hiring processes are broken and limit people from finding work that’s a good fit for them. Since founding the company, Adam and Chaz have built a team that shares their mission and are both confident they will continue to build an impactful global company for many years to come.
