Our Story
The Hatch story started when good friends Adam Jacobs (Ex THE ICONIC Founder) and Chaz Heitner (Ex Zip Co-founder) came together to build something they were deeply passionate about.
Both founders believe that traditional hiring processes are broken and limit people from finding work that’s a good fit for them. Since founding the company, Adam and Chaz have built a team that shares their mission and are both confident they will continue to build an impactful global company for many years to come.

Culture Amp is home to many ERGs, including Camp Out (LGBTQI+), Camp Climate Crisis, Camp Culture, WoCA (Women of Culture Amp), and Camp Carebears (Parents and caregivers).
Giving & Volunteering
Culture Amp offers up to 5 Social Impact Days per year for Campers to make an impact on someone or in their communities. Campers can dedicate their days to an idea, cause, movement, or event that they believe will contribute to making the world a better place.We’re working to build a culture where you’re embraced for who you are. We want you to be empowered to use your voice to help others find theirs. Our DE&I networks are an integral part of our people culture and help to foster belonging and connection for our People.
